By accessing and using this web page and the other web pages owned or operated by us or accessing and using our online services, which are made available on our portal at www.GetDoc.co or www.GetDoc.my (the “Websites”, “Mobile Apps” and each, individually, a “Website”) through any medium, including but not limited to accessing the Website through mobile phones, smart phones and tablets, you will be conclusively presumed to have notice of, and you acknowledge that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Conditions, as amended from time to time. These Conditions govern our relationship with you in relation to our Website and supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you. By accessing and using our Website, you signify your agreement to these Conditions as well as our privacy policy, a copy of which is available at www.GetDoc.co/privacy-policy (which is hereby incorporated by reference herein). If you disagree with any part of these Conditions, you must immediately discontinue your access or use our Website.

The term “GetDoc”, “we” or “us” refers to Jireh Group Pte Ltd and its affiliates (where applicable), and the term ‘our’ has a correlative meaning. The term “you” refers to the viewer or user of our Website, and the term “your” has a correlative meaning.

GetDoc, amongst other services, facilitates in finding prospective doctors and health care providers in identified locations (“Service”) and this Service is provided only in good faith. The Services of GetDoc are essentially provided to bridge the information gap between users and doctors.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate any portion of the Website, Mobile Apps or the Services offered by GetDoc for any reason, without notice and without liability to you or any third party. To make sure you are aware of any changes, please review these Terms of Use from time to time.

The Website should not be used in cases of medical emergencies and GetDoc does not, and should not be considered in any form to be a substitute for a doctor or a hospital. We encourage you to independently verify any information you see on the Website with respect to a doctor or health care provider that you seek to make an appointment with.

Headings are inserted for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of these Conditions.

Proprietary rights

  1. The information and materials located or hosted on, or linked to, our (the “Materials”) are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights. Such Materials include, but are not limited to, any price information, data, photographs, graphics, illustrations, designs, trademarks, trade names, service marks, product names, logos, insignias or other devices, software programmes, downloadable files, software applications, interactive features, tools, services or other information or content made available on or through our Website. The presentation and layout of the Materials is also protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and other proprietary rights and laws of Singapore, Malaysia and other countries.
  2. The terms “GetDoc” and our logo are our trademarks, trade names and service marks.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, the rights, titles and interests to the Materials are owned by, licensed to or controlled by us.
  4. All other trademarks, trade names, service marks, product names and logos contained herein that are not owned by, licensed to or controlled by us are used in an editorial fashion only, and to the benefit of respective owners, with no intention of trademark infringement.

Access to our Website

  1. You may access and view our Website and may save an electronic copy or print out a copy of the Materials, solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. All copies that you make must be in the form as presented on our Website and must include all applicable copyright and other notices on our Website.
  2. Except with our prior written permission, you may not copy, store (either in hardcopy or in an electronic retrieval system), adapt, alter, translate, transmit, disseminate, distribute, perform, broadcast, publish, reproduce, publicly display, hyperlink, sell, license, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any of the Materials, or otherwise transfer any of the Materials to any other person (whether for direct commercial purpose or monetary gain or otherwise) or otherwise use in whole or in part in any manner.

  4. Any rights relating to the Materials and our Website not expressly granted herein are reserved and no licence or right is granted to you by implication, estoppel or otherwise.

No unlawful or prohibited use of our Website

You acknowledge and agree that, as a condition of your access and use of our Website, you will not use the Materials or our Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use. You may not use our Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any GetDoc server, or the networks connected to any GetDoc server, or interfere with any other party’s access and use of our Website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Website, or any services provided via our Website, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any GetDoc server or to any of the services provided via our Website, through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain, or attempt to obtain, any Materials or other information through any means not intentionally made available on or through our Website.

Interaction on the Website

You understand and agree that any interactions and associated issues with the doctors on the Website including but not limited to the medical outcomes and service issues, is strictly between you and the doctors. You shall not hold GetDoc responsible for any such interactions and associated issues. GetDoc is not involved in the provision of any healthcare or medical advice or diagnosis and hence is not responsible for any outcome between you and the doctor you interact with. If you decide to engage with a doctor to provide medical services to you, you do so at your own risk. The results of any search you perform on the Website for doctors, or provision of access to any healthcare professional or doctor on the basis of your specific request, should not be construed as endorsement by this Website of any such particular doctor. GetDoc shall not be responsible for any breach of service or service deficiency by any doctor or health care provider. We cannot assure that all transactions will be completed nor do we guarantee the ability or intent of doctors or other health care providers to fulfil their obligations in any transaction. We advise you to perform your own investigation prior to selecting a doctor or a health care provider.

Registration

If you wish to schedule an appointment with a doctor or conduct a transaction on the Website, you will have to register on the Website and become a registered user (“GetDoc User”) prior to the completion of any transaction on the Website. To register onto the Website, a user will have to provide information such as his/her name, email address, phone number, address, postal code, country live, gender, and date of birth and create a password. You understand that GetDoc may introduce a fee for registration on the Website (“Registration Fees”). Registration Fees, if and when introduced shall be non-refundable. GetDoc may introduce special features which may be made available to GetDoc Users who pay Registration Fees.

Registration is only a one time process and if the GetDoc User has been previously registered, s/he shall login / sign into his/her account using the same credentials as provided during the registration process. We request you to safeguard your password to your account on the Website and make sure that others do not have access to it. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current.

Third Party Services:

You understand that third party services may be made available by the Company on the Website. For example, you may be able to book transportation arrangements, or schedule a home visit by a doctor or nurse through the Website. Please note that in the event you choose to receive any such third party services that are made available on the Website, GetDoc will be required to provide your basic information to the third party services company necessary to fulfill your request. You will be absolutely and solely responsible for your interactions with such third party service providers. GetDoc shall not be held responsible for any lapses, shortcomings or deficiency of services by such third party service providers to you. GetDoc provides these third party services to you solely for your conveinence and hereby does not endorse the services of any third party service providers that are made available on the Website.
