The magnesium content in cashews is also important in the formation of health bones. Did you know that two-thirds of the magnesium in the human body is found in our bones? With a proper mix and balance with calcium, it helps to regulate the nerves and muscle tone. In most nerve cells, magnesium serve as a calcium channel blocker, meaning that it prevents the calcium content from rushing into the nerve cell to activate he nerve. This in turn would help to keep the nerves relaxed.
