Hi there, I’ve been following your forum and I just wanna say thanks for all the tips. Is there any other drinks I should avoid if I’m trying to conceive?
Definitely you should never go for alcoholic drinks. Besides that, reduce your caffeine intake if you are a coffee addict as it increases the risk of miscarriage. Make sure you drink 8 glasses of water which are equivalent to 2L of water every day.

I noticed that you mentioned exercises are really good if we are trying to conceive. However I have a tight schedule and I can’t do heavy sports. Any other light exercises that you can recommend?

I had a miscarriage before. Does it affect my fertility?
My friends suggest me to eat pork trotter with ginger and vinegar. Is it really good to my baby?
Hi Syahmimi, not to worry, a miscarriage would not affect your fertility 🙂
